All returns or exchange must be authorized by the Customer Complains Manager. This applies to returns and exchanges including dented/damaged units and those who service related complaints.
All items must be inspected by the dealer and the consumer prior to or at the time of delivery. Request for exchange due to the damage, scratches or dents must be reported immediately as they will not be entertained once the item has been accepted by the final consumer.
Once the item has been used the consumer, exchanges will only be entertained if the item CANNOT be repaired by our technicians.
All request for exchanges are subject to inspection of a senior technician and the approval of the General Manager. Exchanges will not be entertained if the customer refuses to allow the technician to verify the complaint.
Exchanges will be entertained in instances of misuse which voids warranty . (See warranty policy)
The American Stores LTD reserves the right to refuse or deny any request for an exchange, if not fully satisfied with the information provided by the consumer.
