Preparation Steps

1 –  Heat oil in a medium pot. Mix 1/2 cup water and Curry Powder. Pour into hot oil and let cook for 2 minutes or until thick.

2 – Add onion, garlic, pimento pepper and chadon beni to pot. Cook for 1 minute.

3 –  Add water with Coconut Milk Powder, and Vegetable Cubes.

4 –  Add corn and cook for 30 minutes.
